Deborah Louderback, age 69, of Buford, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at the Laurels of Blanchester.

She was born September 24, 1956 in Hillsboro, OH, daughter of the late Ora Delano Louderback and Mary Elizabeth Stratton Louderback.

Deborah was the former Post Master of Buford and a graduate of Lynchburg High School.

Surviving is her Brother and sister-in-law, Donald D. & Carol Louderback and several nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by a Brother, Denver Delano Louderback.

According to her wishes she will be cremated and no services are scheduled.

Wilma Blakeman, age 81, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on Monday June 15, 2026.

She was born August 6, 1944 in Wilmington, OH, daughter of the late William Daniel Cundiff and Pina Mae Lawson Cundiff.

She was a member of the Wilmington Church of God, Hillsboro Eagles, Wilmington American Legion, and was a former employee at Randall Textron. Wilma was a loving mother and grandmother.

Surviving are five children, Ginger (Larry) Pendell, Lanny (Carla) Blakeman, Terry (Rod) Galler, Sandy (Mike) Frazier and Daniel (Aimee) Blakeman. Also left to morn her passing are 14 Grandchildren, Jaime (Chad) McCallister, Elisha Wisecup, Christopher Wisecup, Carrie Blakeman, Dustin Blakeman, Danielle (Alex) Chestnut, Kyle (Rachelle) Blakeman, Ashley Huff, Tyler Frazier, Blake Frazier, Drew Blakeman, Taylor Blakeman, Brooke Blakeman and Cameron Blakeman, 23 Great Grandchildren, two brothers, Marvin Taulbee and Richard (Donna) Cundiff and many nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by 8 brothers, Alvis Taulbee, Price Taulbee, Garland Taulbee, Bill Cundiff, Floyd Cundiff, Boyd Cundiff Bob Cundiff, Stanley Cundiff and a sister, Allean McElfresh.

Services will be held at Wilmington Church of God, , Monday, June 22, 2026 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Rich Boll officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.

Friends will be received at Wilmington Church of God Monday June 22, 2026 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Frank K. Hale

Frank K. Hale, 79, formerly of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Shiloh Nursing and Rehab, Springdale, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda M. Hale. They were married December 29, 1967 in Sabina, Ohio at Friends Church.

Frank was born November 18, 1946 in Wilmington, Ohio. He was the son of the late Homer L. Hale and Jean L. Hale. He was a graduate of Lynchburg-Clay High School after serving in the Army’s 82nd Airborne, stationed out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He served in Vietnam receiving the following badge and medals: Parachute Badge, Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was given an honorable discharge on January 7, 1972.

Frank grew up farming on his parent’s farm in Martinsville, Ohio, raising cattle, bailing hay, corn and soybeans. He worked several years for Tom Snyder on his farm, as well as working for Clinton County.

Frank had a love for riding dirt bikes in Sinking Springs, playing basketball at the YMCA, and organizing/playing in the horseshoe league at Denver Park.

He is survived by his daughter, Fralin and son-in-law Felix Bradshaw of Rogers, Arkansas; a sister, Anita Grisham; a brother, Aaron Hale; four grandchildren, Jobe Curtis, Gabby Bradshaw, Brandon (Lyndsey) Bradshaw and Miranda Bradshaw; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2026 at Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust St., Wilmington, Ohio officiated by Pastor Justin Tong of Bible Baptist Church. Visitation for family and friends will be from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. Burial at Clinton County Memory Gardens, 1628 Center Rd., Wilmington, Ohio with a Military Funeral Honors ceremony performed by the Wilmington American Legion Post 49 Honor Guard will follow the service. Tag Edward Williams Jr.

Tag Edward Williams Jr., age 26, of Blanchester, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

He was born August 17, 1999 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of Tag Edward Williams Sr. and Sandra Dee (Fredericks) Confer.

Tag was a very talented musician and artist. He enjoyed the outdoors, where his love of nature, survival skills, and adventurous spirit allowed him to connect deeply with the world around him. He had such a vast knowledge, he seemed to know a little about everything and could hold a conversation on nearly any subject. If something was broken, chances are he could fix it. He loved figuring out how things worked and could spend hours tinkering with just about anything. While he often showed the world a tough shell, those closest to him knew that he was soft hearted, full of compassion, loyalty, and love. Tag had such a serene way of thinking about life and how all things and people are connected. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Surviving are his mother, Sandy(Jim) Confer; father, Tag (Maricarr) Williams Sr.; 4 sisters: April Williams, Jacqueline (Emily) Bogart, Charity (Joel) Rivera, and Candace (Cameron) Deeter; bonus brother, Zach (Shae) Confer; fiancée, Jenna Shelton; daughter, Melody Mullett; maternal grandparents: Pam (Kevin) King; paternal grandmother, Vicki Williams; special aunt, Janet Vore; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Tag was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Elmer Williams Sr.; paternal grandmother, Vivienne Gertrude Nuss Williams; maternal grandmother, Sandra Lou Fredericks; special uncle, Walter Vore; and best friend, Nick Quigley.

Memorial Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington, Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm with Steve Fricke officiating. A reception will be held at the Dove Church in Wilmington following the services.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the services.

John A. "Tony" Riley, age 63, of New Vienna, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 8, 2026 at his home.

He was born September 18, 1962 in Dayton, OH, son of John Adrian and Clara Jane Inman Riley.

Tony was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Hillsboro and was the owner/operator of Ohio Valley Lightning Protection in New Vienna.

Surviving is his wife, Lucia Riley, whom he married July 21, 1990, father, John (Martha K.) Riley, father-in-law, Andrew Asaro, sister, Stephanie (Steven) Miller, niece, Janey Miller, niece, Julia Miller, brother & sister-in-law, John & Sandy Asaro, niece, Brianna Assaro, niece, Brennae (Cody Yates) Asaro, great niece, Stevie Asaro, and great niece, Stella Asaro.

Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Jane Inman Riley.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Melvin Belknap, age 66, of Wilmington formerly of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at his home in Wilmington, OH.

He was born December 2, 1959 in Detroit, MI, son of the late Harold Lloyd Hall and Agnes Marie Durby.

Melvin enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and shooting guns. Spending time with his family was his greatest joy in life.

Surviving are daughter, Tracy (Paul Jernigan Sr.) Viviano, son, William Belknap, 4 Grandchildren, Chasity Viviano, Paul Jerrigan, Jr., Celina Jernigan and Bentley Belknap, 13 Great Grandchildren, Sister, Diane (Joe) Clifton, Brother, Bascum Hall, Sister, Roberta Belknap, Girlfriend of three years, Amie Mowrey, Special Friends, Cindy & Ed Delong and several nieces nephews.

In additiion to his parents, Melvin was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Belknap and a sister, Polly Bocock.

A Celebration of Melvin's life will be held at a later date.

Ronald Jenkins Sr., age 79, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026 at his home.

He was born June 22, 1946 in Piqua, Ohio, son of the late Guy Otis and Zelma Olive (Mitchell) Jenkins.

Ronald retired from Hobart after 30+ years of dedicated service. He enjoyed gardening, reading, and being outdoors. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan.

Surviving are his wife, Connie Jenkins whom he married on June 1, 2014; son, Richard (Connie) Jenkins; 4 grandchildren: Carson, Kera, T.J., and Bethany; step-daughter, Kela Hodson; many nieces and nephews; wonderful neighbor and friend, Mike Ward; special friends: Joe and Libby Rea; and his cat, Sammy.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his son, Ronald Jenkins Jr. ; his first wife of 40+ years, Krista Jenkins; and 7 siblings.

Ronald's wishes were to be cremated and no services to be held.

She was born May 18, 1986 in Houston, TX, daughter of Johnny and Mary Ann Ramirez Gomez.

Surviving is her husband, Justin Levi Hayslip whom she married March 11, 2013, 6 children, Riley, Channing, Jordan, Maisie, Everlynn & Chad; mother & father, Mary Ann & Johnny Gomez, mothers & fathers-in-law, Sandy & T.L. Davis, Ric & Teresa Hayslip; Siblings, Ricardo Garcia, Jason Garcia, Anthony (Priscilla) Gomez, Vanessa Gomez and Eric (Cindy Rodriguez) Gomez.
