Card 1- Emotional Release
It is time to let go of any suppressed emotions and have a much meed release. Gove yourself the time and space to fully feel what you have been avoiding so that you can move forward grounded and renewed. When we hold things in, it doesn't go away. It slowly builds untill it comes out in unproductive ways. To let it go is to give yourself freedom.

Card 2- Explore Feelings
Take some time this week to go inward and explore your feelings. Are there unresolved traumas and triggers that you have yet to deal with? Maybe there is something you know you need to act on but havent yet or feelings you need to express to someone. Now is the time to finally sift through and process these things.

Take time to honor your most authentic self. Speak your truth, stop shrinking to please others and stand boldly in what you know is best for you. Yes, even if it upsets other people. When you are your fullest self there will be people who don't like you and people who will be upset when you stand your ground. Double down and let the people who aren't meant to be there reveal themselves and fall away. You will be left with those who were meant to stay and make room for those who are in alignment.

Card 1 - Winter
This is a time for rest before entering the next season of your life. Take some time to go inward and deal with any unfinished healing. Get the rest you need and take time to process and integrate all that has happened up untill now. You don't always need to be on the go, there is a season for that as well. Give yourself permission to rest, heal and rejuvenate so you can move forward grounded and with a full cup.

Card 2- Dandelions
Be mindful of your thoughts at this time. The seeds you are planting now is what
will manifest in your reality later. But the job doesn't stop there, you need to make sure you are also nurturing what you want to see grow. It is important to make sure you are consistently tending to those seedlings as well. Mindset shifts do not happen overnight. It is a process of replacing old thoughts and patterns actively with new ones. And when you are pulling your 'weeds' remember that they too are medicine. Some will throw a Dandelion aside, while others will take it and utilize it for their benifit. It's all about perspective and transmutation.

It is time to make your life a little bit lighter. When was the last time you let your inner child come out and taken a break from the seriousness of life? Play in the rain, frolic in a field or do whatever it is that will help you drop your guard and open your heart to the magic of life again. In a child's mind the world is full of wonder and things to explore. Over time we become desensitized and tend to gain a muddy perspective shaped by out traumas and expieriences. We can however choose to clean the lense in which we view things opening us up to new perspectives and adventures.
