🐾 Admire Wildlife from a Distance! 🦝🦇🦊

Wild animals may look cute or friendly, but they can carry rabies and other diseases—even if they don't appear sick. The safest way to protect yourself, your family, and your pets is to never pet, feed, or handle wild animals.

If you find a wild animal that seems injured, orphaned, or unusually friendly, don't approach it. Instead, contact your local animal control or wildlife agency for assistance.

If you are bitten or scratched by a wild animal:
✅ Wash the wound immediately with soap and water.
✅ Seek medical care as soon as possible.
✅ Report the incident to your local health department or animal control.

Remember: Look, don't touch! Enjoy wildlife from a safe distance and help prevent rabies exposures in our community.
