'Tis the season 🌈 Happy Pride from Blue Boat!

We'll be at Worthington Pride on Sunday, June 7, from 1–5 PM celebrating diversity and love in all forms. This kid-friendly event will have lots of great booths highlighting LGBTQIA+ organizations, hands-on activities & crafts, food and local shopping specials, live music and entertainment.

We love to see our city prioritizing mental health in REAL ways. The passage of Issue 5 will reduce violence and ensure that residents can feel safe when asking for help when witnessing or experiencing a mental health crisis. 👏

“Public safety has never been static. It has always evolved with every generation to meet the realities of its time,” Council President Shannon Hardin said in a statement. “Today, as we confront rising mental health, homelessness, and substance use crises, this charter amendment is the latest chapter on the long arc that bends towards justice and progress.”
