11/03/2026

One of my favorite things to do is creating space for others to come and sit together in community or 1:1.

**Ready to explore?**

I have two openings this Wednesday - for a little time to pause, reconnect, and make space for yourself.

Wednesday, November 4
11:30 AM or 1:00 PM

If one of these times speaks to you, feel free to reach out!

What do we allow others to see? And what do we allow ourselves to see?

We all carry experiences, expectations, and stories that shape how we see ourselves and others.

Sometimes, like a stream beneath a thin layer of ice, our authentic selves continue flowing beneath the surface. Still there. Still moving. Perhaps not always visible.

And sometimes, we only see a small part of someone else's story.

What happens when we allow ourselves to look a little deeper? Beyond the surface, beyond our assumptions, beyond what we think we already know?

Allowing ourselves to be seen is also about allowing others the space to be who they are.

A little more compassion. A little more curiosity. A little more grace.
