Messages from Quantum Healing ✨

What if the overwhelm you’re feeling isn’t about where you are, but how far ahead you’re trying to look?

During a recent quantum hypnosis session, we asked if there was a message for the collective.

What came through was a beautiful reminder about surrendering to the present moment, releasing comparison, and remembering that we don’t have to have everything figured out.

✨ The Message ✨

“There are many options ahead, which is why there is uncertainty. However, if you can continue to work on letting go, surrendering to the joy of the moment, and being more present, that feeling of overwhelm should ebb.

You are only overwhelmed because you are trying to look too far ahead.

The collective is doing the same. Many lightworkers at this time are doing the same.

Those who have learned to master presence are the ones who seem to be doing better. They are the ones you may find yourself comparing yourself to.

They are no different. They are no more powerful. They are no better than you.

The only difference is that they have learned, or have come closer to mastering, the art of being present in this specific time and space.”

✨ A new chapter for Five Sacred Elements! ✨

I’m excited to share that beginning November 5th, I’ll be offering Reiki and Quantum Light Activation sessions at Aura Song Gifts & Spiritual Center in Auburn on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month.

After closing my Yakima space and making the move to the west side, I’m so grateful to have found a beautiful new space where I can continue this part of my work in person.

Whether you’re drawn to an intuitive Reiki journey or a guided Quantum Light Activation meditation with Reiki, each session is an invitation to turn inward, embrace your inner light, and simply receive. ✨

Appointments can be scheduled in advance, and walk-ins are welcome as availability allows.

I’m looking forward to seeing where this next chapter leads. 🤍✨

✨ The Closing of One Chapter & the Beginning of Another ✨

The rug was the very last thing I removed from this space, and this was the final photo I took before closing the door on my Yakima location.

It looks so different empty.

But even without the tables, crystals, artwork, candles, and all the little things that made it feel like Five Sacred Elements, I know the energy of everything that happened within these walls will linger.

So many beautiful souls came through this space. So many stories were shared. So many shifts, realizations, releases, activations, and moments of connection happened here.

I hope whoever steps into this space next feels some of that energy and experiences just as many beautiful things within these walls.

Five Sacred Elements has officially closed its Yakima location as I begin a new chapter on the west side of Washington. But Five Sacred Elements is not going away. ✨

For now, my work will continue remotely via Zoom, with a focus on:

✨ BQH — Beyond Quantum Healing
✨ Quantum Light Activation
✨ Distance Reiki

Once I establish a new brick-and-mortar space, I’ll be able to welcome clients in person again and offer QHHT® — Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® — as well.

It has truly been one of my greatest honors to hold space for so many souls here in Yakima.

And although the physical space has closed, I’m still here, still holding space, and still honored to walk alongside you — just from a little farther away. 🩶

Here’s to the next chapter. ✨

✨ Messages from Quantum Healing ✨

Sometimes during a Quantum Healing session, a message comes through that feels like it reaches far beyond the person receiving it.

During this session, the client connected with a collective of angelic beings who identified themselves simply as:

“We are the angels. We are Legion.”

As the session continued, they spoke about something they felt humanity needed to remember:

You are not alone.

“This is not a world where anybody is alone. This is not a universe where anybody is alone. Nothing happens alone. Nobody is alone.

We are a legion. And like I said, we are one of many.

There are many legions of angels, there are many legions of other beings, of other planets, of other worlds, of other humans.

There are legions everywhere and not a single one of us is born to do it alone.”

Later in the session, they returned to this message, reminding the client of the support and connection that surrounds us — even in the natural world.

The sun.

The Earth.

The moss.

The trees.

The birds.

Sometimes simply stepping outside can remind us that we are surrounded by life, connection, and support.

Their message returned again and again to the same reminder:

You are never alone.

And perhaps sometimes, when life feels the darkest, remembering that is enough to help us find the light again.

Who do I see for massage? Who would I recommend to my clients? 🤍

As a massage therapist, I’m pretty particular about who I trust to work on me! So I wanted to share two local massage therapists I personally see and feel completely comfortable recommending to my clients.

✨ Amanda Trudeau, LMT — practicing out of Siren Design
I’ve been seeing Amanda for quite some time for full-body massage, and she is wonderful. Amanda also works at one of our local luxury spas, so you’re getting an experienced, high-quality massage in a comfortable private-practice setting — perfect if you want an amazing massage without necessarily wanting the full spa experience. She’s someone I personally trust with my own bodywork and confidently recommend to my clients.

✨ Isa Haro, LMT — Lunar Bliss Massage & Esthetics
I personally see Isa for a combination of lymphatic drainage and full-body massage in the same session, and she is wonderful! Isa also works in a clinical setting providing medical massage, so she’s a great option for both relaxation and more treatment-focused bodywork. I’ve also referred clients to Isa who were specifically looking for lymphatic drainage massage, and I’ve received wonderful feedback from clients who have seen her.

These aren’t just names I’m passing along — I actually get on their tables myself. 🤍
