Today our staff at YCH were able to celebrate a very important person in our hospital, clinic, and community!

This year, Dr. James Drost is celebrating 40 YEARS of affiliation with Yoakum Community Hospital. From delivering in OB, to seeing patients in Med/Surg, to providing care to families in his own clinic and eventually YFP, he has been there every step of the way.
We are honored he has chosen YCH and can't wait for him to practice for (maybe more than a few😉) years to come! Thank you Dr. Drost. 💙

👉Our NEW Therapy Center Space is OPEN!!! 👈
We invite all community members to come and experience the new area at our upcoming open house and ribbon cutting, to be held Thursday August 20, 2026 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Light refreshments and snack will be provided at this come-and-go event .

We are so excited to be able to provide this updated space and enhanced equipment for our patients. The future is bright at YCH. 🥳🤩
