🌱 Wellness Wednesday | The middle of the journey

Look closely at this photo.

Something has been planted here. Work has been done. Someone showed up, prepared the soil, put things in the ground, and walked away trusting the process.

And from a distance? It doesn't look like much yet.

That is May. That is the middle of any journey worth being on.

The excitement of your spring intention has settled. The novelty has worn off. And right about now, continuing requires something different than starting did — will instead of enthusiasm, commitment instead of inspiration.

This is not failure. This is not a sign you chose the wrong thing.

This is simply the growing season. And the growing season rewards exactly one thing above all others:

Showing up anyway.

A few reminders for the middle of the journey:
🌱 Motivation follows action — show up first, the feeling comes after
🌱 Small and consistent beats large and occasional every time
🌱 A bad week is not a permanent decision
🌱 The roots you can't see are growing anyway
