✅ Plate Loaded Standing Hip Thrust
The new quad/ham combo allows members to train both sides of the leg with precise adjustments for better positioning, improved muscle isolation, and a smoother, more comfortable feel through every rep.
Our standing hip thrust machine offers a more athletic, upright position compared to traditional horizontal hip thrusts — helping create stronger glute activation, constant tension, and better carryover to real-world movement and performance.
These additions are perfect for building strength, muscle, and power on leg day 👊
