Today, we’re asking our Black Flag Strength family—and our entire community—to rally around one of our own. ❤️

Our friend Jenica was recently diagnosed with a rare Stage III cancer. Over the next six months, she’ll begin chemotherapy in hopes of shrinking the tumor enough for surgery.

If you know Jenica, you know she’s one of the strongest, kindest, and most selfless people you’ll ever meet. She’s also a devoted mom who has always worked incredibly hard for her family.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

Every donation, every share, and every prayer will help ease the financial burden of treatment so Jenica can focus on healing, spending time with her family, and fighting this battle—not worrying about working two jobs or paying the bills.

We added TWO new lower body machines to the gym:

✅ Quad Extension + Seated Hamstring Curl Combo
✅ Plate Loaded Standing Hip Thrust

The new quad/ham combo allows members to train both sides of the leg with precise adjustments for better positioning, improved muscle isolation, and a smoother, more comfortable feel through every rep.

Our standing hip thrust machine offers a more athletic, upright position compared to traditional horizontal hip thrusts — helping create stronger glute activation, constant tension, and better carryover to real-world movement and performance.

These additions are perfect for building strength, muscle, and power on leg day 👊

Today we’re shouting out our coach Dennis as he hits the stage at the IFBB Charlotte Pro National Qualifier 💪

Dennis embodies what it means to relentlessly pursue greatness. The discipline, consistency, and sacrifice he puts in day in and day out—both inside and outside the gym—are exactly what it takes to reach the pro level in bodybuilding.

We’re proud to have Dennis not only representing on stage, but also pouring into others and helping them chase their own goals in this sport. That’s what real leadership looks like.
