I used to wake up, grab my phone, and immediately start reacting. Emails. DMs. Everyone else's urgency before my own needs.⁠

Then I wondered why I felt burnt out as a female founder by 10am.⁠

So what’s the secret to getting what you want in life?⁠

There’s two things that MUST be present:⁠
⁠
1. Clarity⁠
2. Action⁠
⁠
Most people don’t get what they want because they aren’t CLEAR about what they want, or they’re passive about going after their dreams.⁠
⁠
The lesson?⁠
⁠
Be bold. Be direct. Take action.⁠
⁠
Stop waiting for permission. The people who are bold, direct and willing to stumble along the way are the ones who get what they want.⁠
⁠
Listen, failure hurts. ⁠
⁠
But you know what hurts more? Regret. I’d rather go after what I want and hear “no” a thousand times, than spend my life wondering what if.⁠
⁠
If you want something big, GO for it. And if you don’t get it? That’s fine, but don’t lose the lesson. Get back up, dust yourself off and keep going.⁠

Nine AI helpers are quietly running parts of my business right now. Not one of them sounds like a robot.

I'm a designer and marketer, 30 years in. I didn't come this far to spend my hours formatting carousels.

This year, I'm building my studio's operating system, in the open. AI holds the production. I define the taste, the voice, the point of view.

This isn't a content churning machine. It's the opposite. It's my voice, edited to my standards, my brand & my rules. I'm the human that stays in the loop so I can focus my energies on what lights me up: family, friends, yoga, gardening, creating.

STORIES — who you are. This is what makes you irreplaceable. Nobody else has your specific path.⁠

Post only skills? You blend in. Post only passion? You lose authority. Post only story? You lose credibility.⁠

All three together? People stop following a topic and start following you. And you can't be replicated or replaced.⁠
