Relaxation sound journey to the rose cave.🌸💗

Guan yin, the ancient Chinese matriarchal goddess of compassion adopted the rose as her symbol, a cosmic emblem of the Divine Feminine, the Great Mother, whose unconditional love supports all living things.

Rose quartz is a tough and durable stone yet also soft and gentle, and it helps us to open our hearts, whilst staying strong on the outside. It nurtures confidence to overcome feelings of helplessness, soothes sadness and anxiety, as well as encourages emotional warmth, forgiveness, and an openness to love.
Sweet, soft, warm and floral, the fragrance of rose essential oil exudes calm, nurture and harmony. Having long been a prime woman’s remedy, rose serves the totality of a woman’s condition and can rapidly reveal the pure inner feminine of the soul with unconditional love.

A deep and compassionate healer to the true heart, rose oil promotes emotional regeneration and transformation, whilst helping to resolve chronic cycles of stuck feelings, emotional disconnection and withdrawal in those burdened by past trauma.

Hello and welcome to this one movement of qigong practice with sounds & mantras to help invigorate and free the flow of your body’s vital energy, also known as qi.
Today’s qigong movement is called ‘Survey the World Around You’ which is part of the ‘Waking the Qi’ series and helps with mobility of the neck as well as to strengthen the eye muscles.
During movement I will use sound vibrations from the wood element therapy bowl and a spoken mantra to help resonate with your wood energy.
The sounds also help to activate an acupoint on the gallbladder channel called “Orbit Bone” which is located on your temples near the corner of each eye. The energetic quality of this point can help us discern a clearer picture of the world.
You can either stand or sit in a chair for this movement, and can repeat it as many times as you like throughout your day and week. Enjoy! 😊

One movement of Qigong - Bow in humility.
Hello, Happy New Year! I’m Debbie and welcome to this one movement of qigong practice to help invigorate the flow of your vital energy also know as qi.
Sound vibrations of the water element therapy bowl and spoken mantras help supercharge the effects of freeing the energy flow through your body.
Today’s qigong movement is called ‘Bow in Humility’ part of the ‘Waking the Qi’ series and helps increase mobility of the lumbar spine. You can either stand or sit in a chair for this movement.
• Bring your hands onto your dantien, a centre of energy just below your belly button.
• Stand with your feet facing forwards and hip width apart. Imagine your feet are growing roots deep into the ground from a point near the middle of the soul of your foot known as acupoint bubbling spring.
• Your knees are slightly bent with your hips facing forwards and your shoulders down and relaxed away from your ears.
• Nod your chin gently towards your chest and lengthen through the back of the neck as though you are being pulled up to the ceiling by a piece of string from the top of your head.
• Your eyes are softly focused on the horizon. Take a few moments to breathe and tune into your body.
• Feel the movement of your breath through your body as you make your breathing a little deeper and a little slower. Take deep, slow, relaxed breaths.
• Now, taking a deep breath in, lengthen through your spine to prepare.
• Breathe out, drop your chin towards your chest and slowly roll down into a low bow one vertebrae at a time, to a mild point of tension – it should not feel painful. Feel your lower back muscles lengthen, keeping your knees soft and letting your hands fall freely in front of you.
• Breathe in as you slowly roll back up restacking each vertebrae, bringing your head up last.
• See if you can notice the aspect of humility within this movement. Ask yourself what you might feel humble about today?
• With this in mind, each time you bow down, speak the mantra ‘I feel humble’ and repeat for three rounds.
• To finish, bring your hands back to your dantien to settle and store your energy there.
Thank you for joining me, have a great day! 😊
