We are pleased to introduce our NEW PMB (Prescribed Minimum Benefits) Substance Abuse Aftercare Programme for adults who have completed inpatient rehabilitation.

Completing an inpatient rehabilitation programme is a significant milestone, but recovery does not end at discharge. Long-term success depends on ongoing support, accountability, and professional guidance. Recovery is a lifelong journey that involves rebuilding healthy relationships, developing healthy coping strategies, and maintaining a substance-free lifestyle.

The transition from a structured rehabilitation environment back into everyday life can be one of the most challenging stages of recovery. Returning to familiar environments, routines, responsibilities, and triggers can increase the risk of relapse. Our Aftercare Programme is designed to provide continued therapeutic support during this critical stage, helping individuals maintain their recovery while successfully reintegrating into their families, workplaces, and communities.
