There is some interesting research exploring its potential role in ageing, but the evidence isn’t conclusive enough yet for us to call HBOT a proven anti-ageing treatment.

And that distinction matters.

At Hyperbaric Med, we’re excited by new research, but we also believe in being clear about what we know, what we don’t, and what still needs more evidence. 🩺

It’s a topic getting a lot of attention and while some of the research is interesting, we’re not at the point where we can confidently say yes.

For now? The research continues, and we’ll be watching this space. 🔬

Because when it comes to medicine, promising and proven aren’t the same thing.
