Spring and summer usually mean more time outdoors, more open shoes, more socialising and a few changes to our daily routines.
It’s also a good time to pay attention to the small things we tend to overlook. Staying hydrated, protecting your skin from the sun, taking care of your feet and being mindful of food and water safety all become a little more important as temperatures rise.
A change in season doesn’t mean you need to overthink your health. Sometimes it’s simply about noticing what has changed and adjusting your routine accordingly.
