Did you know?

There are six basic face shapes that most people fall into, and these are the recommended frame styles for each:

Oval: This face shape suits almost everything, including oversized and geometric frames.

Round: Add definition with square or angular frames.

Square: Soften your features with round or curved frames.

Triangle: Balance your features with top-heavy or rimless frames.

Diamond: Highlight your cheekbones with cat-eye or oval frames.

Rectangle: Add curves with round or tall frames.

Every face is unique, and only you can decide what feels right for you! But if you're looking for a place to start, choose frames that contrast with your face shape to create a balanced, flattering look.

Healthy vision plays an important role in learning, development, and confidence. Yet children don't always realise when they're having trouble seeing.

Here are three common signs to look out for:

- Frequent eye rubbing
- Sitting closer to the TV than usual
- Holding books, phones, or tablets unusually close

Vision problems can be easy to miss - but regular eye examinations can help identify potential concerns early.
