We are introducing a new movement at RefineMed called Topic of the Week 🩺

This week’s topic is The Flu & Swine Flu (Varkgriep) 🦠

With more people getting sick lately, we’re opening up the conversation around influenza — what it is, how it presents, and what to look out for.

Common symptoms can include:
- Fever
- Cough
- Runny or blocked nose
- Fatigue
- Body aches
- Sore throat

Swine flu (varkgriep) is a type of influenza caused by certain strains of the influenza virus. It can cause symptoms similar to seasonal flu, which is why understanding the signs and knowing when to seek medical advice is important.
