Yesterday, day 2 of MCN Facilitator in-person training, was filled with motivation, driven by passion and affirmed by results. We glad to be part of such a great and progressive network. We also are continuously learning new things, finding purpose to why we continue doing the work we do, and we looking forward to delivering these sessions back home to our team and community

We also had the opportunity of visiting different parts of Masifunde sites which was very inspiring and motivating...

Yesterday we attended the 4th Youth Model Parliament dedate competition, hosted by Mamusa Libraries at Hoerskool Schweizer-Reneke

Participants varied from book clubs to community members, NPOs and schools. It was a great initiative driven by great forces indeed. Participating in such initiatives encourages the youth and/or young people to take the lead, use opportunities and when they not available, to create them.

The debate was hot, hearing the young minds express their view point on wherether the government is doing enough for the youth in honor of 1976... Mind blowing and interesting points were articulated and wow, clearly our future is not doomed!

Our future leaders are not far, they are everywhere near us, infront of us, in our schools and communities. Let's normalize availing and creating platforms of such nature and magnitude

Yesterday we conducted an Activation Workshop at Reabetswe Secondary School, where we activated the young changemakers and Eco-champions on topics of climate change and eco-tourism

The young leaders showed off their talents and experienced interest in the programme

Today we visited our partner school to conduct an Activation Workshop for grade9's under the Masifunde Changemaker National network programme

True leadership was observed. We looking forward to seeing the great initiatives that our Changemakers will come up with

On Tuesday the 13th of May 2026, we visited Ipelegeng Secondary to conduct an Activation Workshop for the grade9s

This session was to sensitize our learners and encourage the to use there skills and talents to combat issues of climate change and promote eco-tourism

Our changemakees from Ipelegeng showed great interest in the programme and we looking forward to implementing it

Today, we conducted an awarenes on substance abuse, anti-gangs, GBV and anti bullying Secondary School, where our boys were mentored and guided to becoming role models and to present themselves better in their schooling community.

As a result from this engagement we will be implementing the Changemaker Network programme which will allow students to explore their talents help improve the environment they school in
