Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just love staying active, sports injuries can happen when you least expect them.

• Sprains & Strains – these happen when ligaments or muscles are stretched too far or are torn. Common in ankles, knees and wrists.

• Tendonitis – inflammation of tendons from overuse. Often affects the shoulders, elbows and knees.

• Shin Splints – pain along the shinbone, especially in runners or those increasing training intensity too quickly.

• Rotator Cuff Injuries – shoulder weakness or pain, especially with overhead movements. Common in swimmers, lifters and CrossFit athletes.

• Lower Back Injuries – can be caused by poor form, overloading or repetitive movement in high-impact sports.

Many of these injuries are preventable and treatable. Chiropractic care can reduce pain, improve mobility and support long-term recovery.
