I'd love to invite you to join me for a Reiki Alignment Gathering — a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with your energy and make room for what you need most in this moment. 🤍

Together, we'll explore:

🌿 Guided meditation to settle the mind and reconnect with the body.

✨ Chakra alignment to bring awareness to our energy centres and invite balance.

🤲 Reiki healing to support deep relaxation, presence and restoration.

🔮 Oracle Card reflection to explore the messages and insights that may resonate with where we are in our lives right now.

This is an invitation to receive rather than do. To listen rather than rush. To give yourself permission to simply be.

You don't need any previous experience. Just come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to give yourself this time.

Last night. 🤍

There are evenings that stay with you — and last night was one of them.

To gather together on the eve of 10/10, in that room, with those souls… it was something I will carry with me for a long time.

What moves me most about this work is not the Reiki itself — it is the courage of the people who show up. Who choose, in the middle of a busy life, to pause. To arrive. To receive.

Every single person who walked through that door last night brought something with them — and left something behind too.

That is the gift of this work. And it never gets old.

To everyone who was in that room — thank you. For your trust. For your openness. For the energy you brought. You made that space what it was. 🌿

It is such a privilege to hold space for beautiful souls like yours, again and again.

The seasons change, and so do we. 🌿✨
As we move fully into this new season, nature is offering us a powerful masterclass in transition. Just like the earth beneath us, we aren't meant to remain static, rigid, or in a state of constant, forced blooming.

True balance isn’t a fixed destination you reach and stay at forever—it’s a dynamic, intuitive practice of listening to what your soul needs in the present moment.

When we look to the five elemental forces, we find a roadmap back to ourselves:

🌱 Earth asks us to root down, build simple routines, and anchor our stability.
🌊 Water invites us to let go, honor our emotional currents, and trust the flow.
🔥 Fire sparks our inner passion, creativity, and inspired action.
💨 Air clears the mental clutter to bring fresh clarity and perspective.
✨ Spirit reminds us to slow down, connect to our higher purpose, and trust our inner guidance.
