So I have shared many of my memories of my first visit to Bali but I wanted to share my experience attending my very first retreat with a bunch of amazing women I had never met in a country I had never been too!
This retreat was run by Leisa - Soul Magick when I decided to attend I didn't really know what I needed until I saw Leisa,s post about her up coming retreat, i knew if I was to ever travel to Bali alone it was someone like Leisa I wanted meeting me on the other side 🙏 she supported us and set all our minds at ease before the trip and had us all picked up from the airport to arrive at the amazing resort she was holding the retreat from safe and sound. Leisa,s love for Bali was infectious ! The way she respected the people and mumma Bali ( she affectionately says and now I too have adopted this beautiful reference to mumma Bali ) with a moving opening ceremony, then morning meditations, breathwork and self reflections Leisa took me to places I loved and some I found confronting and others I'll admit I just ran away from 🫣 I felt so supported by Leisa and the other woman in my most vulnerable times and I'll be forever grateful for the love and support without judgement just a caring space to be myself. .
Leisa also provided us with a deeply cultural experience, introduced us to some simply amazing restaurants & food and took us to some sacred healing places I'll never forget. Her knowledge and love for Bali made our experience magical ✨ and I would highly recommend Leisa to anyone wanting a safe space to begin your healing journey or to continue a journey your currently on ✨
