Whilst on Coochiemudlo Island last week I had so many wonderful experiences with the locals including a session in Josephine's Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) which was amazing! I went into such a deep state of being that I felt weightless and free in my mind, which rarely stops!

You breathe100% oxygen inside a pressurised chamber to help damaged tissues heal.

Josephine's healing sanctuary, overlooking the ocean, also has a far infrared sauna and cold plunge tub and when all three are combined, the body feels invigorated after.

I wonder if we could get a group together and blend this in with a sacred cacao experience, meditation, bodywork and energy healing too? A unique island retreat! Any takers?

Today's guidance is

INTUITION - Listen to the whispers of your heart. Use divination tools to help you decide. Trust your intuition, no matter what.

The answers you seek in this situation can best be found by turning within, asking for guidance ftom the heart or using a divination tool to access your inner wisdom. Do not rely on any ourmtsidr source or your conscious mind to give you the information you really need.

Listen for that quiet whisper from within. Practise feeling the energy of your different options and choose the one which feels lightest. The more you tune in and listen, the more you will recognise the ways in which your inner guidance shows itself to you. It may feel like a soft, deep knowing or a light, loving energy.

It is important to trust that your higher self can see the bigger picture and knows exactly how to guide you - even if it doesn't make sense. The answer you get back may not be the easiest or the most logical, and your mind may try to rationalise a different option. Ask the Unicorns to hold you in a clear space whilst you seek true guidance and have the faith and courage to follow it - no matter what.

RETREAT

Spend some time alone in quiet thought. Clear your mind, and focus on your truth and priorities.

The angels remind us that rest is a natural cycle in every living thing. Think of the mighty oak tree that grows in spurts and then rests. It draws its nourishment from deep within the earth, and takes its time before growing upward again. Like the Oak tree, it's important for you to nourish yourself with spiritual and emotional food.

While you are resting, take time to reflect on your heart's true feelings and desires. Your angels speak to you through your heart, and when you listen to and honour your feelings, you walk hand-in--hand with God and the angels.

You will know it is true divine guidance, and not just your imagination or wishful thinking if it speaks of your desire to make a difference in the world.
