Like a wild flower; she spent her days, allowing herself to grow, not many knew of her struggle, but eventually all knew of her light

Always remember that practising self care is actively saying no to all the forces that are trying to shift your priorities away from your wellbeing. When you start to think of self care this way, you honestly will feel pretty powerful.

To trust the process means to know and have faith that there is a divine plan moving through you and your life in any moment. Even if you cannot understand what is unfolding right now, you have an unshakeable sense of trust that the reason that this is happening is because circumstances are rearranging for your higher good.

Recently, circumstances of my life have unfolded in such a way, that I have been left me with a newfound respect for the divine process of life. Try as I might, I can no longer remain in what is known. And things can no longer go according to my plan. I am being led by THE PLAN.

Hello beautiful people here is what the ocean has presented this week to choose from for this week's Seashell Sunday. Choose 1, 2, or 3. Their messages will be posted over the coming days.

Whilst I do my best to personally respond to each and everyone of you I do not always see everyone’s choices. So please be sure to check back for the seashell message for your chosen coral.

Honour body temple.

Let the world spin without you as you make time for yourself beautiful people.

Everyday give yourself a few minutes to think about what wellness means to you. By doing this, it allows you to shift your focus from your external world to your internal world. This shift, no matter how small it may seem, provides your inner world the release it needs to rebalance and harmonise itself.

Catch you all later for Seashell Sunday.
