Rural communities need more than doctors. They need doctors who can build trust, relationships and continuity of care over time.
RVTS supports doctors working in rural, remote and First Nations communities to achieve GP and Rural Generalist Fellowship while remaining in the communities they serve.
Through structured education, supervision and comprehensive support, RVTS enables doctors to continue providing care to their patients while training, contributing to workforce retention and continuity of care in rural and remote Australia.
Visit the RVTS team at the National Rural Health Conference 2026 to learn more about our proven training model and how we support doctors and communities across rural, remote and First Nations Australia.
We look forward to connecting with rural health professionals and organisations in Adelaide.
