A bitter-sweet moment here. A big congratulations to OT Hayley for winning our Footy Tipping completion again this year! But so sad to see her leave us to go on her next adventure in her OT journey. We wish you the very best Hayley, we will miss you but at least it will give the rest of us a chance to win the Footy Tipping comp next year!! ###

Another fabulous presentation to a room full of primary school teachers ready to learn and take on the REGULATION REVOLUTION! Lots of ideas on how to fill their own cups so they can co-regulate with their students.

When children have the knowledge to recognise how their bodies are feeling, and the language to be able to express this to the adults in their lives, now that's GOLD!
