🌙 My 3-step ritual for a better night’s sleep!

After a busy day, this is how I love to unwind and get ready for bed. 💙

🌿 1. Blue Tansy Body Oil – Massaged all over, especially my neck and shoulders where I carry all my tension.

🤎 2. Peace & Calm Balm – I massage this into my legs, arms and feet for some extra nourishment and relaxation.

✨ 3. Sleep Easy Therapy Perfume – Roll onto my wrists and chest, then take 3 slow, deep breaths.

Three simple steps that help me switch off from the day and get ready for a restful night.

🌿 The 3 body oils I’m switching between at the moment!

💙 Blue Tansy – Of course! You all know this is my favourite. Beautiful for my sensitive skin and helping me unwind after a busy day.

🌺 Hibiscus – With Rose Geranium and Bergamot essential oils. Such a beautiful, uplifting scent that leaves my skin feeling nourished.

🥥 Coconut – With Grapefruit and Vanilla. Fresh, summery and perfect for these warmer days!

I love switching between them depending on how I’m feeling that day. And you know we have savings when you buy more than one body oil, right? It’s the perfect excuse to try a few and switch between your favourites!
