With winter placing additional pressure on participants’ health and care needs, we’re seeing an increase in continence-related challenges across NDIS caseloads — particularly where mobility decreases, illness increases, or care routines are disrupted.

We provide registered nurse-led continence assessments under the NDIS, designed to assist support coordinators during high-demand periods.

Our assessments are focused on:
- Identifying practical continence supports quickly
- Reducing escalation risks (including skin integrity and infection concerns)
- Producing clear reports that can be used in NDIS planning and service coordination
- Minimising admin burden for coordinators and families
