🌻from Kumano pottery artist Irukakama, Mr. Oba’s pyramids are really working @ Izzi Massage practice. Unfortunately he passed away last August so I am the first and last irukakama therapist.
🌻Izzi massage closed 26-27 June due to another conference corporate massage
🌻Ironman competition is coming ! Izzi massage is dedicated client athletes
🌻hiking season or dry season, please enjoy your day!

Mother’s Day, making pickle ginger 🫚
❤️Many thank you for Margaret who produces the best of best ginger 🫚❤️
🫚 Benefit of ginger 🫚
🫚 relieving nausea and vomit ( ginger tablet is very popular in the dive boat)
🫚 improving guts health ( helping digestion)
🫚 anti-inflammatory
🫚 helping high blood pressure
To lower
🫚 antioxidant
🫚 immune support
🫚 pickle juice is reducing muscle cramp
How to make pickle ginger 🫚
1. If you have fresh ginger, please keep pink bits
2. Wash very well, peeling skin with tea spoon
3. Sliced thinly
4. Placed into boiling water for 1min.
5. Drain and cool it down
Ginger 🫚 please keep ginger water for the tea 🫖 very good 😊 honey ginger lemon tea or lemon ginger 🫚
6. Take excess water out from sliced ginger( do not squeeze too much)
7. Making vinegar juice
Using apple cider vinegar 200ml
/Sugar 100g / salt 10g
Bringing hot
( do not boil)
8. Placed ginger and vinegar juice into the jar
9. When it cool down in the room temperature, please leave it in the fridge overnight or more 😊
10. Enjoy
Ps you can make without sugar…. It’s up to you 😊

👨‍🌾it’s cool and supposed to be starting hiking season. Hopefully morning rain is disappeared.
👨‍🌾Special thank you to Paula(R.H) and Carol(W.H.) who gave Izzi a new role of corporate massage this week @ Cairns convention Centre. ( Izzi massage is unavailable on this Thursday and Friday 7-8 May)

Izzi corporate massage is visiting wonderful Edmonton veterinary and cattery every fortnight😊

Izzi Massage Cartoon is back?
Pic1: someone has lower back pain such as post pregnancy, frequent going to toilet specially during night but not diabetes, aged, no core muscle… please try. 3 minutes is hard to do it. Possible 3 times day would be more affected but take it easy!
