There’s something pretty special about being part of a team that just clicks.

Different strengths, different personalities, but the same purpose.

And when everyone’s moving in sync? That’s where the magic happens.

That’s the kind of culture we’re building at GRP - one where clinicians feel supported, connected, part of something bigger, and elite teamwork happens.

This is the part that’s hard to talk about.

For many families and clinicians, recent NDIS changes are being felt in very different ways - and for some, the impact has been deeply challenging.

We’ve seen firsthand what support can make possible: connection restored, confidence rebuilt, and moments families thought they may never experience again.

For one client, support meant communicating with his family again after a profound neurovascular event. Progress was happening. Milestones were being reached. Moments that mattered were returning.

And now, uncertainty.

We know this is a complex conversation, and experiences will vary - but we also know there are real people, families, and clinicians navigating these changes every day.

šŸ‘‰ How have recent NDIS changes affected you, your loved ones, or the people you support? We’d love to hear your perspective and start a respectful conversation below.

Ever wondered what a day in the life with a support dog looks like? 🐶

From routines and regulation, to play, connection, and companionship - support dogs can play an incredible role in helping children feel safe, supported, and more confident navigating everyday life.

For Aiden and Socks, it’s the little moments that matter: shared routines, playful connection, and a bond built on trust (and plenty of cuddles along the way).

Support can look different for everyone - and sometimes, it comes with four legs 🐾

One of the most common questions we get: ā€œDo boys start talking later?ā€

The short answer? Sometimes, yes.

But every child develops differently - and if something feels off, it’s always okay to ask the question.

Trust your gut. You’re not overreacting by seeking support, and there’s no harm in having a conversation early.

Because sometimes reassurance is exactly what you need… and sometimes early support can make all the difference.

Recently, we came together for another GRP Team Day - and what a day it was.

This Team Day theme: Connecting Communities ✨

From incredible guest speakers and meaningful conversations, to learning, reflecting, and plenty of laughs along the way - it was a reminder of the power of coming together as a team and continuing to grow alongside one another.

We also squeezed in a very special moment to celebrate one of our own… Happy Birthday, Sienna! šŸŽ‚ (because no team day is complete without cake).

Good people, shared purpose, and a whole lot of connection - safe to say… we do team days pretty well around here✨

Therapy assistant?
Chief happiness officer?
Office supervisor?

We’re still figuring out the official title… 🐶

But one thing’s for sure - therapy dogs can bring so much more than cuddles. From supporting emotional regulation and connection, to creating a calm, welcoming environment, sometimes a wagging tail is exactly what’s needed.

Safe to say, this team member is pretty popular around here.

Not all superheroes wear capes… but sometimes they do.

At GRP, we see everyday moments of courage, growth, and connection - and we’re constantly inspired by the incredible people we work alongside.

Because being a hero doesn’t look one way. It looks like showing up, trying again, and being supported to thrive in your own way.

Some things are just a no from us šŸ‘€

Early support matters - and ā€œwait and seeā€ isn’t always the best plan.

When you’re ready, we’re right here to support you every step of the way šŸ’›
