Setting up today for our very popular Meditation and Sound for Seniors Class Wednesdays at 2pm
The most heartwarming event when hearing the feedback and experiences that our divine seniors from our community are sharing after class.
"The only time my mind stops for a while - such a relief "

" I love the feeling of being all together with our tribe "
" I slept so well after and feel lighter "
Awww little reminders of why I do what I do that also lifts my spirits as the facilitator - small business is a rollercoaster at times and feels hard during Winter here for sure ! The shop is so quiet and heating this huge barn to make classes work costs a fortune 😳
But ....
Spring is in the air - I can smell it and see it in my garden today and I know I'll have a lovely afternoon with this group of wise ones tomorrow at soul barn ❤️❤️❤️

Our next 8 Week Block of weekly yoga and sound will start in Spring!!!
Phew it's nearly here... and the heaviness of winter will soon shift into lighter and warmer and more smiles around town.

We've worked hard over Winter to keep evolving at Soul barn with new classes and events for our beautiful community

Our Wednesday Seniors Meditation and Sound is a huge success and although we are mostly full - if you want to join us contact me and I'll make room for new attendees where we can.

Back to weekly yoga - we have one more week this term and a 2 week break then we start September 10th
As groups are limited to 12 please get in touch or book asap to confirm your spot

Weekend Sound Immersion at Soul Barn . An easy one day round trip with Vline trains directly from Melbourne to Clunes .
Come for a market day , to see our beautiful country town , lunch . walk and discover our shops and stunning old buildings. Join us at 2-3.30pm for a Sound Immersion and you finish in time to get the 4.05pm train home to Melbs
