Sometimes you pause, reflect, and old wounds surface those things you thought you did “right,” though that still ended up hurting you or others.

Tomorrow isn’t promised. What I do know is that today I’m here reflecting, healing, and finally paying attention to parts of my body and my life that I haven’t really given thought to in a long time.

I’m hurting today. I’m sad today. And I’m looking honestly at what I contributed, at the parts of myself..

So yes I’m learning. I’m understanding. And I’m accepting that everything that happened around me… and everything I played a part in… is shaping me, even if it started long ago.

Sometimes we just have to trust and that means not thinking too far ahead not creating scenarios in your mind because that was certainly trick you.

They go through the ebbs and flows of life, sit with what you have to sit with because you can change it.

Today I’m surrendering.

I used to picture my life as calm and light full of joy, and giving me everything I’ve always wanted. Over the last couple of months, though, reflection has shown me something surprising: that vision is already becoming my reality, more than ever.

Sometimes when your mindset, motivation, and energy shift, the “weight” around you changes too. You start noticing the difference in people, environments, and even certain situations how some things feel easy and aligned, while others feel heavy or distracting. In those moments, it’s okay to step back. Even if you care about someone or enjoy what you used to have, you don’t owe your time to what no longer supports your growth.

When things shift, it can feel like the universe is redirecting you. Plans may not unfold exactly how you want in the moment, but it’s often doing so for the highest good because the truest version of you already knows what you’re meant to focus on next. So I’m learning to trust the signals I get every day: follow that inner knowing, listen to my instincts, and pay attention to how my body responds. It never lies it keeps guiding me back to what’s right.

Have a gentle week

Sometimes life feels like it’s carrying you instead of the other way around, like one day you’re standing in the light, and the next you’re trying to breathe through the weight of everything you never asked for.

Though if you’re reading this, maybe you needed to hear what that picture already knows:

Sometimes life sucks.
Sometimes it gets so hard you don’t want to be put through it anymore.
Sometimes everything inside you is tired, tired of holding it together, tired of pretending you’re okay.

And then there are the quiet moments.

The moments where the sky still turns gold, even when your heart hasn’t yet.
The moments where you look at something beautiful like the horizon, like the ocean, like the way the world keeps moving and you realise you don’t have to feel strong to keep going.

Because sometimes life is stressful, and all you want to do is cry.
At times life is peaceful in the strangest way, and suddenly you can remember that you’re not broken you’re just human.

Sometimes you just have to stay positive and push through the hard times.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because you don’t hurt.because you’re learning that endurance isn’t cruelty it’s proof. Proof that you’re still here. Proof that you haven’t given up on your own future, even if today feels heavy.

And if no one has told you lately:
You matter.
Your life is worth it.
Even when you can’t see the meaning yet, it’s still there waiting for you like morning.

So take one more breath. One more step. One more chance to meet yourself in the light again.

Big loves 🧿💕🧡

Lately I’ve been reminding myself how important it is to celebrate myself every day.

This year has been a real challenge, especially in the first half. It hasn’t been ease, and some days felt heavy. Slowly day by day I can feel things starting to lighten up. Not because everything changed overnight, though because I’m learning to choose differently, speak more honestly, and pay attention to what I actually require.

I’ve been making choices that other people might have opinions about, and honestly… it doesn’t matter or maybe at times it does still working through that one.
What matters is that it’s my life, my journey, and I’m allowed to be true to myself. I’ve also been getting better at being honest with myself about things I used to ignore. That level of self-awareness feels rare, and it’s important for my growth.

There are things I don’t fully agree with when it comes to certain conversations or dynamics around me. I’m learning that it’s not always my job to carry it, argue it, or explain it. Sometimes the lightness comes simply from knowing, “This isn’t my journey.” And when you stop trying to live someone else’s life, you can feel the difference.
Can you say I have this empathy button and is knowing that I would like to save my peeps though it is not my journey any more?

Awareness and awakening can sound like the same thing, they’re not. I’ve been noticing that more and more, and my goal is to keep moving forward in that truth.

Over the last 45 weeks, I’ve also realised something beautiful: the people who truly check in on me are still there. To me this is really important and I talk about all the time because I lost my family in my early 20s. There has been some that have passed through. They are many still there They love me for who I am , not for the version of me they expect. That kind of love is priceless.

I’m more careful with what I say now. More intentional with how I express myself. And one thing I know for sure is that I’m still here today and I celebrate me. This isn’t about jumping on trends or chasing anything. It’s about celebration. It’s about honouring the fact that I made it through, and I’m still making choices to heal.

And healing truly doesn’t have to be complicated or only “when it feels good.” Healing is happening every minute of every day. Whether you believe iit or not? Because I’m starting to feel it, be it…

So today, I’m choosing to celebrate myself. If you needed permission to do the same, consider this your reminder. ❤️

When people project jealousy or say hurtful things, I choose to see it as their own energy and insecurities, not my reality. I won’t internalise negative comments or let them define me any longer!!

I stand firm in my boundaries, curate what I feed my mind, and respond with clarity and compassion. Energy is mine to own, and I’m choosing to move forward with purpose, not blame. I acknowledge the feeling that their words carry, though I don’t let that energy lock into my body or dictate my path no more!

And so it is…🪬🧡💕 💥

Awakening Starts in the Quiet Before Action

Transformation doesn’t begin with a bold move. It begins with a gentle, honest noticing.

When we slow down enough to observe, patterns that hid in the background rise into the light.

Consider this often-hidden awareness:

I reach for snacks or rush through meals when I’m feeling overwhelmed.

I feel drained after certain conversations, long after they’re over.

I can’t fully soften into rest; my body tenses in the pause.

These aren’t “to-dos” yet. They’re clues waiting to be listened to.

When we name them without judgment, the distance between the pattern and our response widens. That distance isn’t separation; it’s permission. It’s space for choosing something new.

Without awareness, the nervous system defaults to familiar rehearsals. With awareness, we invite a wider repertoire.

This is at the heart of Awakening Radiance: reflection as a sacred practice. By observing how life meets your body and breath, you start to feel where alignment has wandered. It’s a sacredness you begin with yourself.

Today, invite a softer question into your heart:

“What patterns have I begun noticing in my body or emotions lately?”

There’s no need to scold or fix. Simply noticing is enough to begin.

Let this noticing be a gentle act of love toward yourself, a quiet opening that makes room for wiser choices to emerge.

Hey friends đź‘‹

Life has a way of whispering to us before it starts shouting. Lately, I’ve been reminded how staying true to ourselves and listening to the stirrings of our intuition isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. When we slow down, breathe, and honour that inner nudge, we align with our real path, not the one everyone else expects us to take.

Here are a few gentle reminders that help me stay connected to my truth:

Trust the small inner whispers. They’re often the compass pointing toward what truly matters, even if it’s not the easiest route.

Worry less about perfect outcomes and more about honest intentions. Your good intent will guide you right.

Create space for quiet. The loud world can drown the inner voice; still moments bridge the gap.

Honour your boundaries. Saying yes when you mean, no drains your energy and dims your light
Take decisive small steps. Consistent, tiny choices build a life that feels like “you” even on tough days.

If you’ve felt that stirring lately, lean into it. Your intuition isn’t trying to mislead you, it’s trying to lead you home. Stay true to you, and watch how the world starts to reflect your own brightness back.

Sending love and brave vibes to all who are choosing authenticity today. You’ve got this. ✨

Have you carried a wound from betrayal that touches you still by someone who once held your heart with care?

I remember talking about these at my retreats. I’ve had my fair share of betrayals, just as everyone else has. Everyone has a point of view on it—who’s done what, and who’s to blame. Though the deeper question isn’t only about them. It’s about you: when the key to healing is total honesty with yourself, are you betraying yourself? Are you listening to your intuition, or have you learned to push it aside because you’re busy trying to get everything right?

Betrayal can cut deep, not just in the moment, though in the hours that follow. It can whisper that safety is fragile, that the people you trusted most might cause the most pain, and that opening yourself to love is a risk that doesn’t always pay off. Over time, that ache can settle into your body and your energy, shaping how you move through relationships, work, and even your sense of self.

It’s not just about someone else betraying you. It’s about recognising how deeply you knew yet maybe didn’t act on your own awareness of honesty and misalignment. How often do you suppress what you sense because you’re afraid of what it means for you to change course? How often do you ignore a nudge in favour of staying “fixed” in a path that isn’t truly yours?

For those who guide others coaches, healers, and mentors, the burden can feel heavier. The vigilance that once protected you can turn into a quiet barrier, keeping you from the intimate connections and generous flow you’re striving to invite into your work and life.

You might be doing all the “right” things, learning, growing, striving to heal. Yet if betrayal energy remains tucked away inside you, your nervous system can stay on alert, bracing for collapse. This posture doesn’t just limit you emotionally; it can dampen your capacity to trust, to receive, and to expand into your fullest potential.

When energy stays blocked, it can quietly shape your professional path and your relationships. If you’re guiding others while carrying this ache, it’s harder to show up with the tenderness and honesty that foster trust, attract collaborators, and anchor you as a compassionate leader in your field.

Gentle signs that betrayal energy might still be anchored in you:

A subtle hesitation to trust, even when there’s no clear reason to doubt
A tendency to hold back in close connections—personally or professionally out of fear
Repeated moments of feeling let down, undervalued, or unseen
A chronic sense of guardedness that makes collaboration feel risky
A quiet limit on how much you’re willing to invest in others or in your own healing

This is also about taking accountability for your part in betrayal toward yourself. You’re important. We all make mistakes. We all go down the wrong roads. We all don’t listen to our intuition sometimes, often because we’re living in a world that pulls us to get everything right. You don’t need fixing. You deserve love, attention to your needs, and compassionate guidance to support that growth.

If any of this echoes inside you, there is a path toward release. Maybe you can explore ways to soothe the nervous system, restore a sense of safety, and invite back the authentic vulnerability that nourishes both connection and growth. You deserve to move through the world with more ease, openness, and radiant presence.💕🧿
