Have you ever noticed how easily we maintain everything around us, yet rarely make space to tend to the inner landscape that shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours?

Kundalini Rebirth is an invitation to do exactly that.
Through a powerful combination of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra, movement, meditation, and nervous system regulation practices, we’ll journey beyond the thinking mind and into the deeper layers of the subconscious.

It trusts the winter.

When the air cools and the days shorten, your body isn’t failing you by wanting to slow down, it is simply listening to the earth.

Winter is a sacred, necessary pause.
Inviting us to reflect, restore and reconnect.

There’s something so healing about gathering in circle. ✨
Not to perform.
Not to “fix” ourselves.
But to soften enough to listen.

KUNDALINI STORY CIRCLE is an evening of movement, breath, myth & nervous system restoration - designed to take you out of the noise of everyday life and back into something slower, deeper, and more human.

We begin with a grounding arrival practice before moving through Kundalini yoga & breathwork to clear stagnant energy, awaken the body, and quiet the constant mental chatter.
Then, once the body has softened and the mind has opened, we settle into story.
Nathan Meola will share a mythic tale that speaks less to the thinking mind and more to the part of you that remembers through feeling, imagery, symbolism, and sensation.
Long before podcasts, self-help books, and scrolling…
we sat around fires and learned through stories.

Stories help us:
✨ See ourselves in new ways
✨ Access emotion safely through metaphor
✨ Feel connected to something larger than ourselves
✨ Slow our nervous system through deep listening & presence

This is part yoga practice, part ceremony, part remembering.

A little update for our beautiful Fitness Passport community 🌿

To help us continue offering classes through Fitness Passport, there are now a few important steps required for every visit at Sol:
• Please book your class through Mindbody before attending
• Download the Fitness Passport app
• Scan the studio QR code on arrival for EACH class visit
• Check in with the teacher at the front desk

Fitness Passport only pays studios for verified check-ins, so these small steps truly make a big difference in supporting our space, teachers, and offerings.
We’re so grateful for your understanding and support as we navigate this system together.

A gentle reminder also that Fitness Passport allows access to ONE class within a 2 hour window.
If you’re ever unsure how to book or scan in, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.

Join us for an evening dedicated to the ancient medicine of movement and the timeless power of the spoken word. We gather to shed the weight of the week and reconnect with the deeper narratives that shape our lives.

🪶Teg leads a focused Kundalini practice. This is your “subconscious deep clean” using rhythmic movement and breathwork to dissolve mental chatter and nervous system tension.

🪶Once the internal noise has settled, Nathan Meola will weave a story. In this state of “narrative transport,” your brain moves beyond logic to engage with the healing power of metaphor and symbol.

When we sit in a circle and listen, something physiological happens:
