We thought after our 17th straight interest rate rise that a bit of political satire was in order to lighten the mood. AI was asked and it provided this masterpiece.

01/11/2026

Meet Ashley, our new AI receptionist.

Ashley is here to help make sure your call is answered—even when our team is busy assisting other patients or the practice is closed. She can take your details, understand why you’re calling, and ensure your message reaches the right person.

That means less time waiting on hold and fewer missed calls, so you can get the care and information you need sooner.

Our wonderful reception team will always be frontline to answer your calls and help.

Ashley steps in when call volumes spike to make sure it is answered.

No calls missed, means important care can be delivered.

We are open to suggestions to improve Ashley, she will continue to develop and improve the more suggestions we provide her.

Now spring is in full force, please be mindful of our ‘bees’ and ‘wasps’. Fun fact, Bees leave a stinger behind, Wasps rarely do.
