I’m not talking about taking a deep breath.
I’m talking about the moment your whole fu***ng body lets go.
Your shoulders fu***ng drop.
Your jaw releases.
Your stomach softens.
Your chest opens.
Your breath gets deeper without you even trying.
Nothing to hold.
Nothing to brace against.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to manage.
For one fu***ng moment…
your entire body stops holding on.
You know that feeling.
A person.
A place.
A moment.
Somewhere your body didn’t need convincing it was safe.
It just knew.
No gripping.
No guarding.
No waiting for the next thing.
Just…
one massive fu***ng exhale.
Close your eyes.
Go there.
Don’t think about it.
Feel it.
Feel your shoulders drop.
Feel your face soften.
Feel your belly let go.
Feel that exhale move through your entire fu***ng body.
That.
THAT is safety.
Your body isn’t meant to stay there every second.
Life moves.
Stress happens.
Your system activates.
The goal was never to stop your body from getting activated.
It’s knowing how to come back.
Back to soft.
Back to open.
Back to that massive fu***ng exhale.
Train your body to know the way back.
