We are celebrating another very rewarding and successful community clinic at Element Health- Denmark on Saturday!
With over 100 people accessing our services, we are in need of a top up of supplies to share with our community!
If you have benefited from our services at community clinic, it would be very helpful if you could take the time to fill out our little jot form, so that we may have some feedback to support more donations from generous suppliers or hopefully a grant application! (if anyone has skills in this area, please feel free to reach out!)
If you know of people not on facebook that have been to community clinic, please share this link with them.
Gratefully,
Em, Holly, Ina & Kristen

Please click the link to complete this form.

A little salt art in Vietnam 🇻🇳 done by Miss 12.

In Chinese medicine, winter is the season of the Kidneys—the body’s deepest reserve of vitality, growth, and longevity. As nature slows and conserves its energy, we are encouraged to do the same by embracing rest, warmth, and nourishment. The salty flavour, when used in moderation and from natural sources such as mineral-rich sea salt, is traditionally associated with the Kidneys and can help support this season’s energy. Winter is a time to replenish your reserves, protect your warmth, and cultivate the deep strength that carries you through the year.
