Can you hear that?
You can literally hear the gas releasing that’s been stuck in there.
Toes to nose is such a simple exercise, and it can make a big difference for babies who are struggling to release trapped gas. The movement works through the hips and low spine, right where the nerves controlling digestion sit, so freeing that up may help things move again.
If you’re noticing your baby is constipated, straining a lot, or finding it hard to p**p comfortably, this is a great one to try.

👣 p**ping seems uncomfortable or forced
