Last week, The Brainary's Managing Director Hugh Kingsley co-present the ABii: AI for Good session at the Australian Library and Information Australian Library and Information Association National Conference 2026 — an important discussion focused on the responsible, ethical, and inclusive use of AI in libraries and learning environments.
Together with Antonia Kumar, Erica Mirarchi, and Helena Nicolas from City of Parramatta Libraries , alongside Prof. Robert Tai from ACU, the session shared valuable insights from the ABii: AI for Good pilot program and its implementation within public library environments.
The discussion explored:
