Love spring... but not the itchy eyes? 🌼🤧

As the weather warms up, pollen levels start to rise, and for many people that means itchy, watery or irritated eyes.

The good news? A few simple habits can make a big difference.

🐝 Wear sunglasses or glasses outdoors to help keep pollen away from your eyes.
🐝 Use lubricating eye drops if they've been recommended by your optometrist.
🐝 And as tempting as it is, try not to rub your eyes. It can make irritation even worse.

Oops... fell asleep in your contact lenses? 😴

It happens more often than you might think.

It's Contact Lens Health Week, and while it might not seem like a big deal, sleeping in contact lenses that aren't designed for overnight wear can increase your risk of dry eyes, irritation and infection.

If you've woken up with your lenses still in, take them out as soon as you can. A few lubricating drops can help if your eyes are feeling a little dry.
