8 Weeks Post-Op

Our patient is now 8 weeks post bilateral breast reduction and fat grafting with Dr Aggarwal and is recovering well.

Prior to surgery, she presented with Grade II ptosis bilaterally and was overall fairly symmetrical, although the right breast was slightly larger and sat a little lower than the left. The procedure was performed to improve breast shape, proportion, and overall balance in line with her goals.

At this stage, her results are progressing well, with improved breast shape, volume, and proportion. As healing continues over the coming months, we will continue to monitor her progress and support her through every step of her recovery journey.

This lovely patient of ours had a bilateral mastectomy when she was diagnosed with a right sided breastcancer. Her breast lump was self detected.

Dr Aggarwal was able to use the skin and fat from her abdomen (two diepflaps) to reconstruct both breasts. This has provided her with a permanent breast reconstruction that looks and feels like a natural breast.

6 months post bilateral breast reduction with free ni**le grafts.

This patient presented with significant bilateral breast hypertrophy (extremely large breasts due to excessive breast tissue growth), asymmetry, and grade 3 ptosis, with the right breast considerably larger than the left.

A total of 1560g was removed from the right breast and 1094g from the left, along with additional lateral chest wall liposuction (210cc) to further improve contour and balance.

Due to the degree of breast size and ptosis, a standard breast reduction technique was not considered safe, as the distance needed to reposition the ni**les while maintaining blood supply was excessively long. For this reason, the procedure was modified to include bilateral free ni**le grafts.

At 6 months post-operatively, she has achieved a lighter, more proportionate breast size with improved symmetry and contour. Back and neck pain have resolved, and our lovely patient can finally enjoy the exercises and activities she always wanted to do but previously found difficult due to the size and weight of her breasts.
