Australia’s National Lung Cancer Screening Program is already saving lives.

Since 1 July2025:
✅ More than 100,000 eligible Australians have screened for lung cancer
✅ 230+ lung cancers detected.
✅ Around 285 people are joining the program every day.

Early detection saves lives. When lung cancer is found early, more than 65% of lung cancers can be successfully treated.

If you’re aged 50 to 70 with a history of smoking, join the thousands of people already screening.

You can safely have a Cervical Screening Test during pregnancy. 🤍

If you’re pregnant and due for your cervical screening, you don’t need to wait. It’s safe to include it as part of your routine pregnancy care.

If you are aged 25 to 74 you should have a Cervical Screening Test every 5 years. During pregnancy can be a convenient time to stay up to date.

If you’re unsure, or think you might be due, have a chat with your midwife or doctor - they can guide you on the best timing for you.

Stay healthy for you and your family by keeping up to date with your cervical screening - it could save your life.
