“I feel lighter….”
Let’s unpack this descriptor because when you’re not focusing on weight or weighing yourself, what does this really mean?
What I hear is:
• more consistent, stable energy
• better sleep
• fewer blood sugar crashes or flooding
• less food noise
• feeling calmer around food
• a nerve system that’s no longer running on stress or empty
And often it’s relief that their diet isn’t taking up more headspace than it needs to.
THIS 👆🏼is all progress. Don’t underestimate what you can achieve when you stop focusing on weight and shape as the goal.
