August is National Tradies Health Month — and we’re putting the spotlight on mental health.

Our CEO Alex is repping our new TradeMutt shirts: a social enterprise built by tradies, for tradies, using bold workwear to spark real conversations. Every shirt helps fund TIACS , a free, confidential counselling service for tradies, truckies, and blue‑collar workers, offering support when things get heavy.

At First Aid Academy, we see firsthand how mental health impacts safety, performance, and wellbeing. That’s why we’re proud to back initiatives that strengthen our community and keep our workers safe — on site and off.

After some great workshops with the First Aid Academy and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in the last week, some NDIS work is the main focus this week. Next week, we're looking to work with NORSTA Marine and the Crystalbrook Collection.
