We are absolutely proud to announce that Full Circle Support has been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 Northern Rivers Business Awards!

🌟 Employer of Choice – 20 Employees & Under

And I have to say, these are the two categories that mean the most to us.

When Full Circle Support began, I never wanted it to be just another disability support service. I wanted to create something where people genuinely felt like they belonged, where our clients were seen for who they are, not their disability, and where our staff felt valued, supported and part of something meaningful.

We certainly haven't always got everything perfect, and there have been plenty of challenges along the way, but we have continued to learn, grow and always come back to why we started for the people we support.

To be recognised for Inclusion & Diversity is incredibly special because inclusion is at the very heart of of what we do. Everyone deserves friendships, experiences, opportunities, adventures and a genuine sense of belonging.

And being recognised as an Employer of Choice means just as much. We have an amazing little team of people who bring so much care, personality, patience and heart to what they do.

Whatever happens on awards night, being named a finalist in both of these categories is already something we are incredibly proud of.

What started as a small idea has grown into a community of some very amazing people.

The Band 🤘 🎶

🎶 Introducing the NEW Full Circle Band 🎶

We’re so excited to finally announce our new Full Circle Band! 🥁🎸🎤

It’s been about four weeks in the making, with plenty of practice happening in our little cottage at Kingscliff. We’ve now found what we believe will be our new home Bilambil, a space with the stage, atmosphere, community spirit and everything we need to make some magic! ✨

Well done to Thursday group learning how to use a sewing machine for the first time or brushing up on skills. We are looking forward to sharing what they have been making soon.

Choppy is ready for 4 days of respite in Brisvegas with Director/Support Worker Julie!

We decided to head up a day early, with the first night on us, saving a late night tonight followed by an early morning of in-home support tomorrow.
Now we’re settled, refreshed and ready for a BIG weekend! 🙌

Choppy has said he’s most excited about watching Tipping Point 📺 and, of course, a big day out at The Ekka! 🎡🎠
