This week one of our team supported a client for their first ever sleepover respite away from home and they handled it as an absolute champion 🙌🏼

We have been volunteering to replant plants and trees for bush regeneration 🌱

The fitness group have been keeping up their fitness with swimming and Bounce trampoline park 🏊‍♀️

Monday art and craft groups created cheery blossoms 🌸

The social groups have been playing pool and went to the Gold Coast 500 race cars 🏎️

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes at Full Circle Support!

Our Director and management team are always looking for opportunities to learn, connect and grow so we can continue to make a positive difference in our community.

Here’s a little look at what we’ve been up to lately:

🤝 Attending the Tweed Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. breakfast networking meeting to connect with local businesses.

🏘️ Meeting with Tweed Shire Council as part of the Equal Access Advisory Committee to discuss ways we can improve accessibility and inclusion in our community.

📚 Attending the National SIL (Supported Independent Living) Summit on the Gold Coast to learn more about the sector and the future of support services.

🧠 And just today, our Director Julie attended the Westpac Brains Trust facilitated by Sharon Styman with Tim Jack Adams from GreenX7, who delivered a very informative session on recharging our batteries and looking after our health, both mentally and physically.

It was fantastic to connect with other businesses, leaders and managers, share ideas and learn from one another.

So, why does all this matter?

Because what we learn through these events, combined with working closely with our community, helps us bring new ideas, knowledge and opportunities back to our clients and team.

At Full Circle Support, we believe that creating positive change starts with learning, listening, building connections and working together.

We’re proud to be part of our local community and will continue to look for ways to grow, improve and make a difference because it’s all about supporting people to live life their way and be part of the circle. 💚

🎄 WE NEED A VENUE! 🎄
Full Circle Support is looking for a venue in the Kingscliff/Tweed area for our Christmas party!

📅 Saturday, 21st November 2026
🕞 3:30 pm–6:30 pm
Approx. 30 - 50 people

What we require:
Catering priced per person, with flexibility for guests who are nil by mouth and options for special dietary requirements.
Wheelchair access and easy access for people with limited mobility.
An accessible bathroom.
We’d love a space where Santa can visit, everyone can enjoy a dance, and we could potentially hire a musician 🎅🎶

Open to the option of a funky cafe or restaurant.

If you have a suitable venue or know somewhere that could accommodate us, please get in touch.

On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming life coach Tom Robb from Life Is The Way for an incredibly engaging and inspiring two-hour workshop with our clients and support workers.

The session focused on some really powerful messages:

✨ Pushing through fear and stepping outside our comfort zones

💛 Removing the mask and revealing our true selves

💪 Building confidence and finding our voice

🌱 Learning to speak up, set healthy boundaries and believe in ourselves

❤️ Most importantly, being authentic and staying true to who we are.

One of the most rewarding parts was watching the confidence grow throughout the workshop. Seeing people open up, participate, step outside their comfort zones and believe in themselves a little more was just amazing 🙌

A huge thank you to Tom for creating such a welcoming, empowering and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

We highly recommend connecting with Tom and checking out the amazing work he does through Life Is The Way.

Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement, a safe space and someone who believes in you.

Full Circle Support is hiring!

We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our Full Circle family in the Tweed Shire area.

We have shifts available in Supported Independent Living and our day programs, including weekday mornings and evenings, weekends and sleepovers.

We pay Social and community pay rates under the SCHADS Award, not the Home Care pay rate.
We also reimburse eligible work-related kilometres and pay a first aid allowance.

Another cracker of a week.
From Sailability, Tennis coaching, getting artistic and the creative group created their own calendars with their favourite photos and had them printed.
Well done team 🙌🏼 what we do doesn’t just help clients access the community and achieve goals it also supports local businesses like Voyager Tennis and others. What we are also proud of it creating employment opportunities for our amazing team of support workers, many that for above and beyond everyday 🙏🏼

Our director Julie caught up with the Monday group today that were cooking, doing handy jobs, car washing and recycling bottles/cans. We also caught up with the group that just arrived back from a fun respite weekend camping Mitchell Creek Rock n Blues Fest

Everyone is super excited that we are finalist in the Business NSW - Northern Rivers this weekend 🙌 and we will be forever grateful for the awards we received Tweed Business Awards 🙏💛
