Hi, I’m Collette, I’m a Naturopath & Remedial Massage Therapist. Hello, my name is Collette, I am a Naturopath and Massage Therapist.

I help release stress, anxiety, and emotional tension with mobile, in-clinic, and telehealth sessions, guiding you toward balance, wellbeing, and healing. 💛 I am passionate about helping people with stress and anxiety, this may appear in many different ways for different people. Stress has a significant impact on our daily lives, affecting sleep, focus, memory, digestive health, skin health, energy, reproductive health, mood and so much more. I am grateful to be able to guide and support people on their path to better health by applying my life experiences, and knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine and Massage Therapy. I’m back 🤍 A new chapter begins

After some time away, I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’m returning to practice — now on the Tweed Coast.

I’ve moved from the Sunshine Coast back to my hometown area and will be offering face-to-face naturopathic consultations from Banora Physical Therapies BPT in Terranora.

From Wednesday 7 October, I’ll be available for naturopathic consultations on:

🌿 Wednesdays
🌿 Thursdays

My work has always been about creating a safe space where people feel heard, supported and understood.

I support people experiencing:
✨ stress and overwhelm
✨ nervous system imbalance
✨ fatigue and low resilience
✨ digestive concerns
✨ anxiety and emotional challenges
✨ feeling like they’re not quite themselves

My approach is gentle, practical and personalised — looking at the whole person rather than just symptoms.

Massage therapy will be available again later.

🌿 A little change of plans…

I was really looking forward to being at the Women’s Health & Wellness Expo tomorrow, Saturday 29th August, but unfortunately I’ve had to make the decision not to attend.

Sometimes life reminds us that we need to slow down, listen to our bodies, and give ourselves the same care and compassion that we encourage others to give themselves.

Right now, that's what I need to do. 🤍

I’ll still be here, doing what I love and continuing to support you with naturopathic health and nervous system care. I’m looking forward to connecting with you at future events when the time is right.

Often, the fatigue, poor sleep, digestive changes, overwhelm or hormonal symptoms aren't your body failing you.

They are usually signs that your body has been carrying too much for too long.

This is why I take the nervous-system-first approach in my naturopathic work.

I don't just ask, What symptom can we fix?
I ask, What does your body need to feel safe enough to heal?
