Spinal Flow Lakes Entrance Spinal Flow Technique

🙋‍♀️ Are you feeling stressed? And your mind’s a mess?

Sometimes it feels like your brain has 47 tabs open, your shoulders are up around your ears, and you just can’t seem to switch off. 😅

And while we can’t always change what’s happening around us, we can start to change how our body responds to it.

This is where I’m so passionate about Spinal Flow. And yep I did have fun making this reel 😂

When we experience ongoing physical, chemical and emotional stress, our nervous system can spend a lot of time in protection mode.

Spinal Flow works with the spine and nervous system, helping the body move towards a state of greater ease, relaxation and connection.

And sometimes, that shift can feel like taking a deeper breath, letting go of tension you didn’t even realise you were holding, feeling calmer in your body, or simply finding a little more space in your mind.

It’s not about forcing yourself to relax or pretending everything is okay.

It’s about giving your body the opportunity to find a little more ease. ✨

Because imagine moving through your day feeling a little less overwhelmed, a little more connected to yourself, and more able to enjoy the good stuff.

Breathing in. Breathing out. Making space for better days. Oooh yeah 🫶🏻

Feeling like your mind needs a reset?

The more I learn about the body, the more curious I become. 🧐

Spinal Flow has deepened my passion for understanding stress, the nervous system and the incredible way our bodies respond to what we experience.

But there’s another side of stress I want to understand more about: the chemical stressors in our everyday environment.

Microplastics. Pesticides. Hormone disruptors.

LifeVantage has recently released a laboratory study investigating Protandim NRF2 Synergizer and oxidative stress in cells exposed to five modern environmental and dietary stressors.

It’s another reason I’m interested in learning more about cellular health and the ways we can make informed choices to support our bodies.

I’m not about fear or perfection. I’m about education, awareness and making practical changes where we can. One of my fav sayings when coaching my clients is the little changes can make the biggest changes and they are more sustainable and you can keep growing from that.

📚 This Thursday at 11am Victorian time, a highly respected researcher and product formulator is hosting a call to explore these topics.

I can’t attend live, but I’ll be watching the recording. Hey maybe you will learn something before I do!!!

Want the link? Message me and I’ll send it through.

The more we learn, the more informed our choices can become. 🫶🏻

📣📣📣 SOMETHING EXCITING IS COMING THIS FRIDAY!!!

Let me tell you some exciting new science coming around Protandim NRF2, and I’m looking forward to learning more! 👀🔬

But what’s really got my attention is my own experience…

Within just a few days of taking it, I started noticing something I honestly wasn’t expecting.

For a while, I’d been experiencing what I thought was inflammation around the left side of my head, and it seemed to be affecting my hearing.

It had got to the point where even my husband and kids were noticing. I’d find myself telling them, “Talk to my right side!” 😂

Since starting Protandim NRF2, I’ve noticed that I’m no longer struggling to hear them like I was before. My head also feels so much lighter!

Of course, my experience is my own, but it’s certainly made me curious about what’s happening at a cellular level and has me wanting to learn more about the science behind it. 💙

And with something new being announced this Friday, the timing has me intrigued!

💙 Now I’m curious about you!

Have you tried Protandim NRF2? Have you noticed anything yourself?

🔬 Or are you curious about the science behind it and what’s coming this Friday?

👇 Drop a comment below or send me a message. I’d love to hear your experiences!

P.S. If only Protandim could also teach my family to stop mumbling! Hahaha 😂💙

This is why I do what I do. 💃🏼

Helen left this comment on my socials this morning, completely off her own back, because she wanted others to know about her experience with Spinal Flow.

After trying several different treatments, she shared how she gained more range of movement in her body and how her long-standing neck issue had finally stopped troubling her.

And honestly? Messages like this mean so much.

Not because I need the praise, but because I know there are people out there who have been struggling for a long time, trying different things and wondering what else might help.

Sometimes, hearing someone else’s experience is what gives us the courage to try something new.

Spinal Flow works with your body’s innate intelligence, supporting the release of stress and creating the opportunity for greater ease and movement.

Every person’s experience is unique, but you don’t have to navigate your wellness journey alone. ✨

Thank you so much Helen for taking the time to share your experience and for wanting others to know about Spinal Flow, too. 🩷

If you’ve been curious about what Spinal Flow might offer you, I’d love to chat. DM me chat to get started.

For a long time, I thought healing meant finding the right thing to make me feel better.

What I understand now is that sometimes, the most important part of the journey is learning to understand yourself differently.

Finding Spinal Flow opened up a whole new perspective for me. It changed the way I looked at my body, my experiences and the relationship between stress and wellbeing.

And that understanding is something I bring into every session I offer.

I don’t believe our bodies are broken or that we need to spend our lives fighting against them. I believe there’s so much value in becoming curious about our body’s responses and creating space for a different experience.

This is why I’m so passionate about Spinal Flow. Not because I believe it’s a magic fix, but because I know how meaningful it can be to finally discover an approach that helps you make sense of your own experience.

You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes, you just need to be open to seeing things differently.

If you’re curious about Spinal Flow and whether it might be right for you, I’d love to welcome you to Spinal Flow Lakes Entrance. DM me BEGIN today

🥂 THIS IS 45!!!!

And honestly, I’m pretty proud of the life I’m creating.

The woman I’ve become. The things I’ve overcome. The courage to start again, follow my heart and build something that feels meaningful to me.

I’ve stepped into a new career, found a passion in helping others, grown in ways I never expected and continued to back myself even when the path hasn’t always been clear.

I’m learning that success isn’t just about what you achieve. It’s about the freedom to choose how you spend your time, being present with the people you love, doing work that lights you up and creating a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

And I know I’m only getting started. ✨

Here’s to 45 years of lessons, growth, love, a few plot twists (holy moly just a few) and a whole lot of becoming.

To everything I’ve achieved, everything I’ve learned and everything that’s still ahead.

45 looks pretty good from here. 🥂😍

Do you have a spine? ✔️
Do you have a nervous system? ✔️

Then you are definitely a good candidate for Spinal Flow. 🤍

We all experience stress. The physical, chemical and emotional demands of life can place pressure on our bodies, and over time, we can become so used to pushing through that we forget what it feels like to have more ease.

Spinal Flow works with your body’s innate intelligence, supporting the nervous system and creating an environment where the body’s natural healing processes can unfold.

And this is what I’m so passionate about — not just working with the body on the treatment table, but helping you understand it, reconnect with it and support your wellbeing in everyday life.

That’s the thinking behind my Spinal Flow sessions, my Activated Wellness program and the self-healing tools I share with clients.

Because supporting your wellbeing doesn’t have to stop when you leave a session.

✨ Your body deserves support before you reach the point of running on empty.

Curious about Spinal Flow? I’d love to help you explore whether it’s right for you.

You’ve probably been told to sit up straight, pull your shoulders back and stretch your chest.

But what happens when you try all of those things and your posture keeps returning to the same place?

Sometimes, it’s worth looking beyond posture alone and becoming curious about what else might be contributing to the pattern.

Hours spent looking at screens can contribute to changes in how we hold our head, neck and shoulders, and may leave us feeling tight or uncomfortable through the upper spine.

In Spinal Flow Technique, we explore the Passion Gateway, located in the cervical spine. This Gateway is also associated with expression and our ability to use our voice.

When we’ve been carrying stress for a long time, simply reminding ourselves to sit up straight may not be the whole answer.

Spinal Flow works with the body’s innate intelligence, creating opportunities for the nervous system to soften and for the body to experience greater ease.

As tension changes, some people may notice differences in how they hold themselves. While posture can be influenced by many factors, it can be helpful to explore more than just the physical habit of sitting or standing a certain way.

And there’s another layer to consider.

How often do we hold back what we really want to say, push through when we need to pause, or put everyone else’s needs before our own?

Our bodies respond to the experiences we move through, and becoming more aware of our patterns can be a valuable part of our wellbeing journey.

Sometimes, creating more ease starts with looking beyond what we see on the outside and becoming curious about what’s happening beneath the surface.

Your body isn’t broken. It deserves the opportunity to be listened to, not just corrected.

If you’re in Lakes Entrance or the surrounding area and this resonates with you, you’re always welcome to reach out and learn more about Spinal Flow Technique.
