Something's bubbling at Howlistic Healing 🫧

My creative story began before we even moved to the Mid North Coast in 2002 - a "Make Your Own Products" workshop in Sydney lit the spark, and I started making my own cold-pressed, plant-based soaps. Richer, better, nothing like the melt-and-pour stuff the class made on the day!

Then life happened. My focus shifted to massage and healing work - eventually extending to my furry four-legged clients too. Some things fade out so new things can rise. This is that new direction - the one where my soul finds real joy.

The cold-pressed soap moulds are still tucked away in dark cupboards. But new moulds are sitting on my bench right now, waiting for their formulas: solid shampoo and conditioner bars, a solid deodorant, and two specialised products dropping soon *Pawtection Mist* and *Pawtect Drops* built to keep the nasty critters off your dog when they're out in nature, dodging the ticks and bugs looking for their next meal ticket.

At Howlistic Healing, we're cutting the toxic load found in supermarket and pet store products. These formulas are coming together pawsomely - natural scents from essential oils, colours from clays, safe and effective ingredients throughout.

I don't sell what I don't use myself and this all started with me using natural shampoo, conditioner and deodorant bars for a good while now. Time to dust off the creative hat. The howling great products are coming🐾

And to be clear — my healing sessions remain fully available throughout all of this: ERT Sessions, Belief Release, Transformational Healing, Canine Myotherapy, Animal ERT, Combo Sessions, Remote Sessions, and Animal Communication. This new product line is an addition to what I offer, not a replacement.

Hi ya! 👋 I've been quiet here for a while - and for good reason 💛

Life had other plans for me these past months. I've been present for my daughter's graduation, enjoying precious time with her on visits home, and walking through some deeply personal terrain of my own. Not the kind you rush or explain in a caption. The kind you simply live.

But behind the silence? I've been busy. 😄 Deep in research, dowsing, testing, refining - birthing something new for both the humans and animals I work with. Kora and Bodhi have been my faithful (if occasionally demanding 😉) co-researchers throughout - herding me back to task with that classic border collie stare and reminding me when it's time to stop and go outside.

What I've learned, lived and released along the way has become the foundation of this new work. Every session I create comes from somewhere real - not theory but lived truth.

More to share soon. For now, just know: the quiet wasn't absence. It was preparation🔥💛

Dogs know what they need. I intuitively know what they ask me. Yesterday Bodhi went straight to the bowl that I had placed Chlorella in water next to the usual drinking water. His last ERT session showed an imbalance of heavy metals from external sources that caused misalignments in lower thoracic and lumbar discs.
Observing over the weeks preceding the session he was eating a lot of grass! Then after one “green drink” during the day he never went to eat from the pet grass in pots I have in the backyard for them.
This morning I made another green drink to place next to their fresh bowl of filtered water for the day and it was Kora who drank most of it.
Letting dogs be dogs cos they know what’s best for them!

🐾 BODHI’S TRANSFORMATION - Energy Release in Action 🔥
When I performed an ERT (Energy Release Therapy) Session on Bodhi, I identified misalignments in his lower thoracic spine (T11-T12-T13-L1 discs) with an underlying association to heavy metal toxicity from environmental exposure.
Notice the difference? In less than 10 days, the tension pattern in his fur has visibly shifted and balanced. His body is literally showing us the release. ✨
This is what integration looks like - I used minimal soft tissue techniques because Bodhi told me through his body language that it was uncomfortable for him. I honored that. Instead, I let the ERT session integrate naturally, allowing his system to process and rebalance in its own time.
This is the power of working WITH the body, not forcing it. 🐾💛

The new Howlistic Healing website is now live.

It’s been a bigger journey than I expected — one that mirrored 2025 in many ways: deep work, unexpected pauses, problem-solving, surrender, and finally… alignment.

For now, I’m stepping into a period of rest and recovery, allowing everything from the year just lived to settle and integrate.
This pause is intentional — not an ending, but a recalibration.

✨ Bookings will reopen from 5th January 2026.

Until then, the website is there for you to explore sessions, understand how I work, and feel into what’s next — for you, or for your animals.
