Your face is not a parking lot.
It is not divided into bays. It does not have clearly marked zones that operate independently of each other. The muscles are intertwined. The proportions are connected. The way one area moves affects the area beside it, above it, below it.
This is the thing that menu-based treatment completely misses.
When you buy treatments by the area — one here, one there, booked separately, planned by nobody — you are not treating a face. You are treating a list. And a list has no clinical logic behind it. No understanding of how changing one proportion changes how every other proportion is perceived. No consideration of what happens when muscles that work together are treated in isolation.
Treating the 11s without understanding the whole face isn’t a treatment plan. It’s a transaction.
The result of enough transactions without a plan is always the same — disjointed aesthetics, confusion about what to do next, and goals that quietly disappeared somewhere along the way.
A face assessed as a whole is treated as a whole. That’s where the plan starts. Before a single treatment is recommended.
