Sometimes, getting through to a practice feels harder than it probably should😅

To be fair, admin life is pure chaos. Ringing phones, stacked calendars, competing demands, and 70 things happening at once.

They’re overwhelmed, the systems are clunky, or the vibes are just completely off.

Whatever it is, admin isn't just admin. It’s the front door to your business, and the difference between a client feeling welcomed or feeling like they were scolded for daring to ring.

Great support should make life easier for everyone. The client, the practitioner, and the person picking up the phone.

Maybe try spinning a different approach:

✅Tasks are being done differently each time.

It may help to map out a simple process using systems like Scribe so there’s consistency, even if it’s basic.

✅You’re relying on memory to keep track of things.

There are hundreds of planners or management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp to keep tasks visible and organised.

✅Your inbox is driving you crazy!

A simple triage method like the 4 Ds (do, defer, delegate, delete) can help you stay in control of what actually needs attention.

None of this needs to be perfect. It just needs consistency for easier control.

New software won’t fix workflows that were never properly defined, it just gives the mess a nicer interface.
