JUNE YOGA
New Yogis Welcome!
A little about me...
I have been teaching yoga since 2017. My journey began with a 200-hour teacher training, followed by an additional 300-hour certification, and my learning has continued ever since. With over 2,300 continuous teaching hours, I am certified in Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Yin Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Myofascial Release, Children's Yoga, and have additional training in the Polyvagal Theory and trauma-informed practice.
My approach to teaching isn't rigid or prescriptive. Instead, I aim to create a space that encourages connection, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of alignment with yourself. For yoga is far more than shapes and poses, it's a practice of coming home to who you are.
You'll find that I offer plenty of options within my classes because yoga truly is for every BODY. Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or have years of experience, my intention is to help you find a practice that feels supportive, accessible, and meaningful for you.
