Why I Created the Sovereign Woman Circle

Over the years I've taught yoga, Ayurveda and wellbeing to many beautiful women.

Again and again I heard the same words.

"I wish there was somewhere we could keep connecting after class."
That stayed with me.

The Sovereign Woman Circle was born from listening. Not from creating another program. But from creating a place where women could continue walking beside one another. It's one of the most heartfelt things I've ever created.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learnt through past relationships is how easily we can abandon ourselves in the hope of holding on to someone else. Self-abandonment isn’t a lack of love, it is often a lack of awareness. We silence our intuition, ignore our needs, or compromise our truth, believing it will strengthen the relationship. In reality, it slowly creates distance from ourselves, and eventually from those we love.

For me, the greatest healing came when I realised that my relationship with God is the foundation of everything else. The deeper I nurture that connection, the less I look outside myself for what has always lived within. From that place, love becomes something I share, not something I search for.

This is the heart behind both my podcast, Sovereign Woman Radio, and the Sovereign Woman Circle. They are spaces where we explore faith, self-trust, healing, relationships, and the journey back to ourselves. Together, we remember that when we come home to God, we naturally come home to ourselves. and from there, we are able to love others with greater freedom, presence, and grace.
