Many teachers never planned to become teachers. They simply loved yoga. Over time they became curious. Then passionate.
Then confident enough to share what they had learned.
If teaching interests you, a quality 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training helps you learn:
• Safe sequencing
• Anatomy and movement
• Teaching skills
• Class planning
• Student support and communication

Whether you teach one class or one hundred, the knowledge stays with you for life.

Expression of Interest is now open.

Would you teach yoga if confidence wasn't an issue?

The greatest transformation happens inside. When people hear "Yoga Teacher Training," they often imagine learning poses.

And yes, you'll learn plenty about alignment and technique.
But what surprises most students is their inner growth.
During training we explore:
• Yoga philosophy
• Meditation practices
• Breathwork
• Ayurveda
• Self-reflection and personal development

The result?
Many students leave with more confidence, clarity and trust in themselves than when they arrived. This training isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more fully yourself.

One of the biggest myths about Yoga Teacher Training is that you need advanced poses.

You don't.

Some of the most successful graduates I've trained couldn't touch their toes when they started.
What matters more is:
• Curiosity
• Commitment
• An open mind
• A willingness to learn
• Showing up consistently

The purpose of a Yoga Teacher Training is to learn, grow and develop and not to arrive already knowing everything.

If you've been thinking, "Maybe one day..." Perhaps that day is closer than you think.

Expression of Interest is now open for the final 2026 intake.

Thank you for taking a moment to complete this Expression of Interest. What if yoga became more than just a class?

For years, many of my students arrived on the mat looking for flexibility, fitness, or stress relief.

What they didn't expect was how yoga would begin changing the way they viewed themselves, their relationships, and their life.. The truth is, a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training isn't only for people who want to teach.

Many join because they want to:
• Deepen their personal yoga practice
• Learn the philosophy behind yoga
• Build confidence and self-awareness
• Improve physical and emotional wellbeing
• Connect with like-minded people on a similar path

If you've ever felt called to explore yoga beyond the weekly class, perhaps this is your invitation.

I am considering one final intake of my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training for 2026.

Why Has Bhutan Remained One of the World's Most Sacred Countries?

In a world moving increasingly fast, Bhutan has chosen a different path.
For centuries, Bhutan has protected not only its environment and culture, but also its spiritual traditions. Deeply influenced by Vajrayana Buddhism, Bhutan's monasteries, temples, prayer flags and sacred rituals remain woven into everyday life.

Unlike many countries that measure success through economic growth alone, Bhutan became known for measuring Gross National Happiness placing wellbeing, culture, community and environmental protection at the heart of national decision-making.

Spirituality isn't something reserved for special occasions in Bhutan.
It can be seen in the prayer wheels spun by elders each morning, the monks chanting in ancient monasteries, the colourful prayer flags carrying blessings into the mountain winds, and the deep respect for nature that exists throughout the country.

Perhaps this is why so many travellers describe Bhutan as feeling different.
Not because it is untouched by the modern world, but because it has worked so intentionally to preserve what matters most.

There are very few places left in the world where spirituality, simplicity and daily life remain so beautifully intertwined.

Have you ever visited a place that felt sacred the moment you arrived?

Some destinations are beautiful. Others leave an imprint on your heart.
Bhutan is often described as one of those rare places where spirituality, nature, culture and simplicity still live side by side.

Perhaps it's the prayer flags dancing in the Himalayan breeze.
Perhaps it's the monasteries resting quietly in the mountains.
Or perhaps it's the reminder that life doesn't always need to move so quickly.

Due to a number of requests from people who are genuinely considering joining us in Bhutan, we have decided to extend the Early Bird rate for one final week. Once this extension closes, the retreat will move to standard pricing regardless of remaining availability.

If you've been quietly curious about this journey, I invite you to explore the retreat details and see how it feels for you.

Sometimes the right journey doesn't arrive with urgency, It arrives quietly.
You see a photo.
You read a story.
You feel something stir inside.

That is often how Bhutan feels. A journey of yoga, Ayurveda, sacred culture, meaningful connection, and breathtaking mountain beauty.

Over the past few weeks, I've received a number of messages from women who are genuinely considering joining us in Bhutan and have asked for a little more time before making their decision. Because of this, I have decided to extend the Early Bird rate for one final week. Once this extension closes, the retreat will move to standard pricing regardless of remaining availability.

If Bhutan has been calling to you, this may be the perfect opportunity to explore whether this journey is right for you.

I've had some beautiful conversations with people who feel curious about Bhutan, but aren't quite sure what to expect. So I thought I'd answer a few of the questions I hear most often.

Bhutan is one of those rare places that feels different from the moment you arrive. A land of sacred monasteries, Himalayan landscapes, prayer flags, mindful living and a culture deeply rooted in happiness and wellbeing.

I've received a number of messages from women who are genuinely considering joining us in Bhutan and have asked for a little more time before making their decision.

Because of this, I have decided to extend the Early Bird rate for one final week.

Once this extension closes, the retreat will move to standard pricing regardless of remaining availability. Reservations remain open and we still have limited places available.
Message us or book a discovery call today and we'll happily send you the full retreat details.
