When should you see someone about your concussion?

If you have a suspected concussion, your symptoms can still develop over the next 3-5 days.

Booking in for an assessment during this time is crucial to get started on your early and to get the right information early to speed your recovery along.

This timeframe also allows us to clear players who don't have a concussion but might've been removed from play to be cautious **if in doubt, sit them out**

Meet Georgia!
Our newest Osteopath to join the Seaside team.
Georgia comes to us from the north east and has decided that a seachange is needed.

She is working with as their Osteopath in the medical team and has a passion for sporting injuries.
Bombers are her football team (poor girl 🥲)

She also treats:
✅️ Jaw pain
✅️ Headaches
✅️ Muscle strains & joint sprains
✅️ Sore backs
✅️ Pregnancy related aches & pains

She doesn't drink/need coffee so she's already more perked up than the rest of the Seaside team.

Our fav Osteo, soon to be mum, Bel, has started her maternity leave.

Bel has been such a huge part of our team and we will miss her while she's gone but we are so excited to see the new life and the amazing mother she will become.
We will be welcoming Bel back when she decides it's the right time.
